Our team will ensure a seamless contract transition and outstanding support to all duties assigned under this contract. FRANK MEZA (AS, BS, MBA, MA, CSHO) GENERAL MANAGER, TABEZA HOLDINGS LLC, PROJECT MANAGER,

As the General Manager, Tabeza Holdings LLC, Frank Meza focuses specifically on bids and contracts along the US South West Border States (Texas, Arizona and New Mexico),and consults on projects in Mexico, Central America, and the Philippines. Mr. Meza has successfully obtained, developed and managed millions of dollars’ worth of US Government and Host Nation contracts, domestically and abroad. Prior to joining forming Tabeza Holdings, LLC, Mr. Meza was the Director of Operations for Integrated Systems Information Services, a multimillion federal defense contractor. With his extensive understanding of Government contracting experience Mr Meza oversaw contracts at Fort Huachucha, Fort Sam Houston, Fort Sill, US Embassy Mexico, and other world wide fortune 500 companies. Mr Meza’s background includes multiple undergraduate degrees and master’s degrees in organizational management. His last active duty post was the Operations Officer for the Security Cooperation Division at US Army North (Fort Sam Houston, TX), the Army’s designated representative for communications with all foreign nations in North America. There he coordinated and oversaw the execution of over 100 training events with the US Host Nation partners. Fluent in Spanish, Frank has served in numerous assignments with the DOD and civilian companies in Panama, Honduras, Mexico, Canada, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the US. He has numerous awards and decorations and has attended numerous leadership/management trainings throughout his career.

Mr Sustayta formally owned/operated a mature construction company in operation since 1989. His company’s mission was to provide top notch customer satisfaction and provide clients with absolutely the best construction experience by striving to achieve the highest quality workmanship, competitive pricing, and guaranteed timely completion of all of our projects.

With over 100 projects successfully completed in a diverse range of construction services ranging from design, remodel, new construction, and existing construction modification, his expertise is unrivaled. With three decades of successful experience in the construction disciplines, Mr. Sustayta has a close and personnel relationship with the McAllen Area: Certified Construction Management Evaluators, Certified Project Estimators, Professional Engineers, Auto CAD designers, and staff carpenters, plumbers, and electricians. Our success is predicated on the people who work on our team, all whom are experienced in government, private, and nonprofit construction projects. Mr. Sustayta’s leadership and influence is critical to the success of all of our projects.
